    Jeff Quigley is a realtor, broker and Senior Vice President with Coldwell Banker M.M. Parrish. He and his business partner, Sandra Lehrer, specialize in relocation with departments at the University of Florida, local hospitals and businesses. Quigley, ever the Tim Tebow fan, bleeds orange and blue and takes pride in all that Gainesville and the University of Florida has to offer.

    Quigley makes nonprofit involvement a personal priority from himself. He currently sits as the President of the Neighborhood Housing and Development Cooperation, a nonprofit organization that assists with safe and affordable housing.

    “I have been able to generate funds and raise awareness enabling the organizations to accomplish their goals,” Quigley said.  I truly enjoy living in Gainesville and try and support the organizations that make this area one of the best places to live.”

    Quigley has been awarded Realtor of the Year for the Gainesville-Alachua County Realtor Association in the past, served on the chamber of Commerce and was a member of the 2005 Leadership Gainesville class.

    “Real estate is an ever-changing field and requires a lot of dedication to people from all walks of life,” Quigley said. “Helping people achieve the American dream of homeownership is a very fulfilling part of my business life.”
