Dedenbach spent several years at the North Central Florida Regional Planning Council and now has continued his career in the private sector with CHW. He has consistently been engaged in professional and civic activities that motivate, educate and inspire others. Some efforts have taken years to plan or have been stalled in controversy, yet Dedenbach has been there to bring them to fruition. Projects like Butler Enterprises, Stadium Club, The Standard, and The Retreat among many others will bring countless employment opportunities, new businesses and enhanced commerce to positively impact our community. His appointment this year to the Mayor’s Blue Ribbon Committee on Economic Competitiveness supports the efforts to redesign how the city does business in terms of planning, permitting and building. Dedenbach is also actively engaged with Builders Association of North Central Florida, Gainesville-Alachua County Association of Realtors, Gainesville Area Chamber of Commerce’s Council for Economic Outreach, Innovation Gainesville, and both Leadership Gainesville and Leadership Ocala/Marion County.

Greatest IMPACT
Through diligent planning and continued engagement within industry organizations, Dedenbach has been able to narrate a continuous strategy toward community development. He has been able to demonstrate the positive outcomes of a stronger community.

IMPACT Passion
Dedenbach is most passionate about creating a community built on clear, predictable opportunities. He infuses all of his projects with peer engagement and client advocacy, bringing about more mutual investment in the community.

IMPACT Expectations
Bringing a unified voice from industry, government and the business community can have an exponential and empowering effect, Dedenbach says. He feels that as the community grows, the Greater Gainesville area gets closer to a place of preeminence and will leave a legacy of greatness.

Surprise IMPACT
Although Dedenbach can be seen at almost every city and county meeting, he prefers the great outdoors. When he’s not at the podium, he prefers to be on a bicycle or cooking meals, mixing memorable beverages, and entertaining family and friends.
